The Sonus bollard, whether complimenting our DCB-17 decorative poles and fixtures, or standing alone, is the perfect fixture for pathways, streetscapes, large housing complexes; or any other installation in which style, durability and lighting control are desired.

The Sonus bollard comes standard with 45° full cutoff louvers to cast all light downward and out.

Lens: Clear, high-impact-resistant acrylic, with silicone gasketing for a weather-tight seal.

Housing: Heavy-duty cast aluminum construction. Hand-hole cover supplied for access to bolts and wiring.

Finish: Durable Quali-Guard® textured thermoset polyester powder coat, oven-baked at a temperature of 400 °F to promote maximum adherence and finish hardness. Available in a selection of architectural or custom colors. Finish is guaranteed for two (2) years.

Optics: 45° full cutoff louvers provide Type V symmetrical light distribution.

Lamp: LED – High-lumen-output VisionBar™ LEDs offer a minimum estimated life expectancy of 60,000 hours. CF – 26 to 42 watts in Compact Fluorescent. HID – 50 to 100 watts offered in High Pressure Sodium; or Pulse Start Metal Halide for superior efficiency, lumen maintenance and color rendition.

Ballast: LED – A high-performance electronic LED driver operates at 120 thru 277 volts, 50 to 60 Hz, with a 90% power factor; and is rated for -40 °C operation. CF – a high-performance electronic transformer operates at 120 thru 277 volts, 50 to 60 Hz, with a 90% power factor, and is rated for -20 °C operation. HID – a premium HPF regulating autotransformer, available in High Pressure Sodium or Pulse Start Metal Halide.
