Ruben joined Visionaire Lighting in 2004. He had recently moved from Texas looking to expand his horizons. He worked in several different departments within the company, learning from each experience. When Visionaire decided to open it’s own foundry in Ensenada, Mexico and fabricate it’s own aluminum castings, Ruben accepted the challenge of learning this completely new skill.

Ruben helped set up, train, and now supervises the entire foundry, which has now grown to eighteen employees and counting.

Ruben was born in Zacatecas, Mexico. He is married with one son, and loves to play soccer.
