Jose has 21 years of manufacturing experience in the lighting industry. He was one of the first employees at Visionaire. His first job was managing the metal fabrication department, supervising twelve people. As Visionaire grew, that number grew to almost one hundred people.

When Visionaire moved it’s manufacturing operations to Ensenada, Mexico, Jose moved with us as Plant Manager.

Jose’s input was invaluable in the laying out and setting up the new facility. His ability to find the right people is uncanny. He now oversees all manufacturing at the facility, supervising almost two hundred employees. Jose does not believe in “can’t”. He never takes “no” for an answer.

Jose loves soccer, and is the coach of his own team.

He is married with two children, Xitlali and Zeus
