Froilan joined Visionaire in 2004 after arriving from Zacatecas, Mexico where he worked as a supervisor at a glass and aluminum company for three years.

Always looking for opportunities Froilan asked to be trained in the finishing department. In a matter of months he became an expert finisher.

When he was asked to be part of the team setting up the new facility in Ensenada, Mexico, he jumped at the chance, always looking for an opportunity to grow. He now supervises the entire metal finishing department at Fortune Lighting which has grown to over twenty-five employees.

Froilan likes spending time with his wife Diana and their daughter, and of course playing soccer on weekends.
