Francisco Hernandez was born in Mexico City, Mexico. He studied Pattern Making in college. He came to Los Angeles, CA in 1990.

After working for several top pattern shops in the aircraft industry, he started his own business in 1995. He specialized in 3-D Programming and Drafting at Fullerton Community College. He has over 22 years of pattern making and foundry experience.

He is happily married to his wife Dana, and they have two children, Scott and Karen. He joined the Visionaire family in December of 2007.
