Erik Van Wier Chief Operating Officer Erik began his career in the the lighting industry in 1993. He entered the field working for a large HID lighting manufacturer and was quickly promoted to National Sales. In 1996 he moved to Northern California to work for an electrical distribution house as the manager of the top selling lighting department. His experience working for a distributor and managing people gave him vast knowledge in all types of lighting and controls, which he uses to effectively take Visionaire Lighting to new heights in sales and production. Erik is happily married with two beautiful young children. His hobbies include surfing, mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
