She served as a customer service supervisor for Copa Distributors of Irvine California; she was responsible for product/refunds and over 25 customer service representatives. Bernice is bilingual; her passion is helping others. Recently she completed over 350 hours of volunteer work at Daniel Freeman Hospital. She loves to spend quality time with her daughter and son.
