Bau has been over 26 years in the Lighting industry, is a member of IESNA, Lighting Certified, and an Engineer Team Leader for some large Lighting corporations. Bau had previously left the lighting field to join Medical Equipment and Aerospace industries for a short few years until he realized that working with the lighting products was always his best interest. Bau rejoined Visionaire Lighting in August 2007 as the Photometric Design Engineer. Bau’s hobbies are art and photography. Bau is married with a lovely wife and two children. The family enjoys outdoor activities including camping, bicycling, kayaking, or just spending day at the beach.
